Welp, here it is. I've been wanting to redesign this site for a while, and I wanted to learn more about web development in general, so I decided to rebuild the thing from scratch using ASP.NET Core, pack it in a Docker image, and automate as much of the deployment process as practical. "It'll be easy!", I said, "You don't need many features! Just make sure you have the basic stuff you were getting from Wordpress."

Nearly a year later, I finally have this thing at a point where I feel comfortable putting it up. Now I can put my spare-time efforts back into Homestead, aside from the occasional bugfix :)

I've been finding time for Homestead here and there, but it's been challenging to fit it in alongside my classwork. The final two terms have been a leap in difficulty, but I should be finished by December, if not earlier.

Once I'm done, I plan to continue regularly working on and posting about Homestead. I can't wait!
